Meet Tom Snyder – Founder
My journey with Costa Rica began in 2005. From the very first trip, my priority was to truly experience the country—exploring its diverse landscapes, meeting its people, and embracing its culture. Whether it was hiking through the lush Caribbean forests or hopping on a local bus just to see where it would take me, every adventure deepened my connection to this incredible place.
Since then, I’ve returned more than a dozen times, staying in every corner of the country, forging lasting relationships, and discovering hidden gems that most travelers never experience. Over the years, I’ve built a strong network of trusted drivers, boutique hotels, incredible restaurants, and expert activity specialists—all dedicated to delivering exceptional service and unforgettable experiences.
With a background in conservation and years of experience working with zoos, I’ve also developed relationships with nonprofits, conservation organizations, and government agencies. This allows me to create highly customized trips that go beyond the typical tourist paths, offering access to exclusive experiences that few other travel companies can provide.
